All valid library accounts are set up with a barcode number and PIN when the account is created. Unless you have changed your PIN, it should be set to the default, which is the last four digits of your library card barcode number.
When entering your barcode number, please be sure to enter the complete 14-digit number in the barcode field, leaving no spaces or dashes between the numbers.
For example, if your library card barcode number was 2 1978 91234 5678, you would enter 21978912345678 in the barcode field and then use 5678 as your PIN.
If the default PIN did not work, please enter your library card barcode number.
If the account includes an email address, an automated PIN Reminder will be sent to that address. If there is no email address associated with the account, you will be asked for further information so that the IndyPL Webmaster can assist you.
